The Manacor market is set up every week in the center, around the Mare de Déu dels Dolors church and up to Plaça Ramon Llull.

It is one of the most complete markets if you are looking for clothing, leather goods, footwear and everyday things.

Good plan to “do errands with grace”: you can find everything from basics and accessories to leather items, and it also allows you to walk through the pedestrian center with a Monday atmosphere.

❌ To keep in mind
If you go late, there are more people and some stalls run out of sizes or better pieces. If you can, go first thing in the morning.

A small and very village market: you go to buy fruit/vegetables, browse clothes/shoes/plants and, while you're at it, you have a drink in the area.

✅ Why go
Because it is practical and authentic: useful purchase + short walk through the center, without complications. 

❌ To keep in mind
It is morning (it is better to go early for more variety) and, being in the center, it is advisable to arrive with time if you come by car.

It's market day in S'Alqueria Blanca (note: the big Santanyí market is Wednesday and Saturday, which is why Google sometimes messes up).

Stops: S’Alqueria Blanca 1 (57002) and S’Alqueria Blanca 2 (57001). 
Typical line through the town: 515 (Cala d’Or → Portopetro → S’Alqueria Blanca → Santanyí → Campos).

If you can't find a place in the center, a common plan B is to park in the cemetery area and walk a few minutes. 

👧 Plan with children?
Yes, it is “kid-friendly” because it is a short walk + buy something + see the atmosphere. And as an extra, the Town Hall has been improving a children's park/green area in the town (ideal to finish off the plan if you go with little ones). 

One of the largest markets in the north

If you want a real “market atmosphere”, this is a classic: it is set up in and around the historic centre, and on market days the old town is super alive (ideal to combine with a walk along the wall + coffee).

Because it is a complete and easy plan: large market + beautiful historic center to walk before or after. 

❌ To keep in mind
Many people come in, especially on Sunday.

If you go by car, it is best to park outside the wall and walk a few minutes (arrive early to avoid turns).

Get off at the stop Centre històric (03034), which leaves you just a step away from the market.

Park outside the wall and walk in for 5–10 minutes (it is most practical on market days).

👧 Plan with children?
Yes: it is very easy with little ones because it is a walk + “looking at stalls” + ice cream/snack, and the old town gives a lot of play to walk without rushing.

Because it is a very complete market with a great atmosphere: central square, pedestrian streets and a variety of stalls (fresh goods, crafts and textiles).

The “big” market starts at 10:00 and usually ends around 1:30–2:00 p.m.; The municipal fruit and vegetable market in the same square starts earlier (from 8:00).

It is not a year-round market: it is only in the summer season (July to September).

Because it is a very easy afternoon plan: you take a walk around the market and you can connect it with port, ice cream or dinner in the area.

It is an evening market and the City Council schedules it in season (when there is more life in the Colònia).

Because it is a very local morning plan: you buy something and take the opportunity to walk around the old town. 

❌ To keep in mind
Although the official schedule lasts until 3:00 p.m., the disassembly and cleaning of stops takes place between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. (after that time there may be fewer stalls).

It is a practical morning plan, especially in season: a lot of “summer” offers and a lively atmosphere in the center. 

❌ To keep in mind
The general market is on Thursday; The rest of the days when there is a market in S'Arenal it is usually for fruit, vegetables and food.

Setweekly market in the center of town
Every Wednesday, the streets of the center are filled with stalls to buy a little bit of everything in a very lively atmosphere. 

✅ Why go
It is one of the busiest markets in the area and you really enjoy walking through the town center (perfect morning plan). 

❌ To take into account
The City Council confirms Wednesday as a market day, but the schedule usually moves “in the morning” depending on the setup and the influx.

One of the best-known markets in the southeast: more than 150 stalls spread across Plaça Major and nearby streets, with a mix of local products, crafts, fashion and a “town walk” in marés stone. 

✅ Why go
Because it has a lot of atmosphere (especially in season) and is perfect for setting up a complete plan: market, cafe on the terrace and a tour of the historic center. 

❌ To keep in mind
The City Council confirms that it is celebrated every Wednesday and Saturday, and on those days the center is full: narrow streets and parking can be more difficult, especially on Wednesdays.

Setmanal market in the historic center
One of the most famous markets in Mallorca: it occupies squares and streets of the old town and is the only weekly market on the island where you can still see farm animals. 

✅ Why go
Because it is a “complete plan” for tomorrow: local products, clothing, plants, crafts and a lot of village atmosphere (especially in season). 

❌ To keep in mind
It usually attracts a lot of people. If you want to see it calmly and find better positions, go early and leave the car outside the center to walk in.

Because it is one of those markets that feel truly local: you buy fruit and vegetables, plants or some clothes/footwear, and you combine it with coffee and a walk through the center (without the stress of large markets). 

❌ To keep in mind
It is a small town and the market is in the morning; If you want more variety in fresh food and avoid hanging out with more people, it is better to go early.

It is celebrated throughout the year, but on busy days the Carrer Major fills up and it is more comfortable to go early.

A small and very authentic village market, perfect for a quiet morning in Pla: basic shopping, local products and a walk through the center without stress.

The City Council promotes it as a meeting point to consume in local businesses. 🧺🌿

✅ Why go
Because it is one of those markets that can be enjoyed without rushing: local atmosphere, useful stalls (horticultural, fruit and vegetable, plants and flowers, some clothing and footwear) and the plan is easily completed with coffee in the square.

The City Council communicates it as Monday morning (municipal market). The exact schedule may vary depending on the season; In local guides it usually appears as 8:00–13:00.

Because it is an easy plan to “see and snack” on local crafts without leaving the center, and it is usually a good option to buy small gifts and beautiful handmade things.

 A Christmas market in true German style, with wooden stalls decorated with lights and scattered throughout the fairgrounds. This marina is filled with Christmas stalls and is the stage of musical performances, children's workshops and activities for the whole family, including the parade of the Three Wise Men. It is celebrated every day  from December 16 to January 7, from 12:00 to 20:00.
