Osteoporosis progresses silently and primarily affects people from middle age onward. Strength training and controlled-impact exercises are currently the most well-supported non-pharmacological interventions.

Nit de l'Art Palma 2026 - 30th Anniversary

The 30th edition of Palma's most anticipated cultural event takes place on Saturday, September 19, 2026. It's a night when the city transforms into a giant open-air gallery, inviting residents and visitors to enjoy contemporary art in galleries, museums, historic buildings, and cultural spaces.

What began in 1996 as a pioneering initiative has become one of Europe's most acclaimed contemporary art events, officially kicking off Mallorca's autumn exhibition season. Today, it brings together artists, galleries, collectors, and thousands of visitors for an evening where the island's cultural scene comes alive.

From 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM, galleries throughout the city will open their doors with new exhibitions, artist presentations, and special events. Ranaldi began playing at four. Last season he performed Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 20 at Teatro La Fenice in Venice and Beethoven's Concerto No. 1 at Teatro Carlo Felice in Genoa.

In 2025 he won first prize at the Piano Euregio Award in Germany, at the Rovere d'Oro and at the Tadini Competition, and was a semifinalist at the prestigious Queen Elisabeth Competition in Belgium. He trained at the Milan and Pavia conservatories, in both cases with highest honours and honourable mention.

Quiso negro is inspired by tarantism, which originated in the Middle Ages: the belief in the symbolic bite of a spider and the choreographic and musical practice of expelling the poison from the affected person's body. The work reinterprets this iconographic and symbolic universe through choreography and music.

The first part explores the preparation for the ritual; the second, the physical exhaustion with complex rhythms inspired by the pizzica Salento. A journey about death in each one, a festive descent.

The piece has won the Max Award 2025 Awarded Best New Author and was a finalist for Best New Show. Conceived and directed by Ester Guntín, with Marina Capel, Anna Climent, Marti Forcada, Glòria Garcia, Héctor Puigdomènech and Isaac Verdura.

In 1229, the troops of King James I landed in the bay of Santa Ponça to begin the conquest of the island, an event that forever redefined the social and cultural landscape of Mallorca. The Creu de Santa Ponça still marks the landing site today, and every year the giant figures of James I and Queen Violant once again serve as ambassadors of this legacy.
